Pictures

I have so many pictures to post, but unfortunately, I can't find the adapter for my computer to be able to download them from our camera memory stuck. UGH! I know I had it the other day and now I can't find it. This stinks because unless I find it, I am not sure how I am going to get all the pics off the camera. I searched all around our room, which is the last place I thought I had it, and still can't find it. I am sure that when tornado Brody blew through here (which is every morning), it moved to somewhere in plain sight, but not where I normally put it. Anyway, hopefully I will find it soon. There are some really cute pics of Molly. She has started to smile so big and while she is not full out laughing, she is doing some giggles (I think!) which are really cute. She is also so close to rolling over. She gets basically her whole bottom part over but can't quite find out how to move the arm underneath her to give her that final push. It is quite comical to watch her try.

Today, we took the kids to get their pictures taken. I wanted to get Brody's 2 year pictures done before his party next week. They turned out pretty cute. We got a couple really good ones of just Brody and just Molly, and then a few cute ones of all three. Of course, it was hard to get all 3 to look at the camera. Poor Ethan just had to sit there and smile the whole time because they were trying hard to get Brody and Molly too look. Unfortunately, Molly wasn't really up for smiling too much, but we did get a few good ones. Brody's were great! I was so worried about how he was going to act because he has been having a listening problem lately. He has decided now that he wants to exert some independence and tell us no, which is not cool with me. So we have been trying to work on that, but it has been exhausting. However, he did so good today. He did exactly what the lady told him to do and he was even posing for the camera. I was very proud of him!

This week, we will be preparing for his party next week. I can't believe Brody is turning 2 on Friday! Where did the time go? I mean, where did it go?? It is ridiculous how fast time has flown by and my little boy looks so grown up. Since having Molly, I am reminded alot of Brody when he was her age. While I don't remember all the specifics (thank goodness I blogged about most things!), I do remember my little boy who used to rely on me for everything....all the basics. But, now he is starting to do more things on his own and while I am so excited about that, I am a little sad about it. I mean, don't get me wrong...it is not like he is leaving for college or anything. But, with every day that passes, it means that he will start to do more and more on his own which means I will be doing less and less for him. Some days I wish I could just freeze time. But of course, we all know that can't happen so I just need to enjoy every precious moment with him.....the good and the bad!

Anyway, I am going to try and look for the camera adapter now before I go to bed. It has to be around here somewhere. Hopefully, my next post will contain some pictures!
