Today, we haven't done much...and that is just fine by me. Ted was out in the backyard power washing the house, deck and fence and Brody, Ethan and I ran a few errands this morning. While Brody is sleeping, I cleaned the house up a bit and am doing some much needed laundry (I am quite embarrassed by the look of my laundry room!). I also read for a bit and did some computer stuff. I tried to put Brody in his crib today for his nap, and of course, that lasted for 15 minutes and then he started crying. I even tried to put on the CD he loves to listen to in the car and that didn't work. I am getting pretty desperate now on ways to get him to nap in his crib! It is really bothering me. If anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears!
This morning when we were running our errands, Ethan was so cute with Brody. He was singing to him and keeping him entertained. Brody was laughing and Ethan had the biggest smile on his face! Brody is starting to try and sit up and touch his toes and it is so funny to watch, especially in the car seat. His head is forward and his feet are up...he looks like a little ball! He has also started to get really cuddly. When I hold him, it actually feels like he is hugging me back. I know that sounds weird, but he has really started to nuzzle right under my chin, which I absolutely love! If I could keep him like that all day long without the fear of spoiling him, that is where he would be! :) I can't get enough!
